Kaynes Semicon is a semiconductor manufacturing platform structured around production assembly and production test. The platform operates through six specialised semiconductor divisions spanning research, engineering, assembly, reliability, and system integration, with production assembly and production test forming the manufacturing core.
Operating as the semiconductor manufacturing arm of Kaynes Technology, Kaynes Semicon extends decades of high-reliability electronics manufacturing experience into backend semiconductor execution.

Began his career at Semiconductor Complex Ltd. (SCL), a Government of India fab, in 1991, spending 10 years in R&D. He then served as Country Manager at Mentor Graphics (now Siemens EDA) for 20 years. Prior to joining Kaynes, Raghu led the APAC business at Tessolve Semiconductor for three years.
Leads end-to-end factory execution at Kaynes SemiCon, driving ramp-up, throughput, quality, and operational discipline across OSAT production lines.
Leads day-to-day OSAT operations at Kaynes SemiCon, driving stable ramp-up, operational discipline, and execution excellence across assembly and test lines.
Drives program execution and operational alignment at Kaynes SemiCon, ensuring delivery discipline across technology, manufacturing, and partner interfaces.
Brings leadership and execution experience from National Semiconductor, Intel, Tessolve, and C-DAC, with a track record of building and scaling high-complexity ATE test capabilities across global semiconductor environments.
Leads enterprise reliability strategy and FA capability build-out to strengthen product robustness and customer confidence across OSAT programs.
Previously a Senior Scientist at IIT Bombay; Ph.D. (IIT Delhi, 2021), M.Tech Gold Medalist and Visvesvaraya Fellow. Brings hands-on expertise in WLP, MCM, BEOL process optimisation, and lab-to-fab technology transfer for production-scale deployment.
An early member of the Kaynes SemiCon leadership team, working closely with the CEO on growth strategy, partnerships, M&A, capital allocation narrative, and investor communications to build long-term global competitiveness in OSAT and advanced packaging.
